IP Video Encoder - Real-time AV decoder – mounting adjacent to displays for unobtrusive, yet powerful HD content

The ViewLinX VL100 provides real-time decoding of a TCP/IP uncompressed AV stream from a standard Gigabit TCP/IP network into an analog or S/PDIF audio signal and a component, composite, S-Video or VGA video signal for output to a display.

Simple installation and programming provide maximum flexibility. Outputs are compatible with multiple video types as well as providing power management and relays for projector lifts, motorized screens, or other items.

The VL100 is “future-compatible,” easily upgraded with firmware, and can be mounted in a variety of ways - on the wall behind the display, rack mounted or freestanding on a shelf or monitor.  
 

• Distributes uncompressed HD Video and surround sound over a TCP/IP network

• Real-time conversion of TCP/IP uncompressed audio and video streams into one (1) analog and S/PDIF audio signal and one (1) component, composite, S-Video or VGA video signal

• Format conversion across like resolutions: Composite to S-Video, S-Video to Component or vice versa

• BURR-BROWN™ 24-bit / 96kHz Analog-to-Digital(A/D) converters and Digital-to-Analog (D/A) Converters

• Power management sensor for Video, LED, or Level sensing of display

• Control of video display via IR or 2-way RS-232 (cables included)

• Auxiliary RS-232 or IR output can be used to control A/V Receiver or surround sound processor or display

• Integrated IR receiver and External IR receiver (included)

• Includes two I/O channels and External IR receiver cable (included): Discrete In and Out (I/O)

• Accepts analog audio from TV to be played as a networked source

• NTSC and PAL capable
